Located within our assisted living community, Memory Care at Three Rivers Estates offers personalized, around the clock attention from compassionate caregivers trained in memory care best practices. Seamless Transition from Assisted Living

Residents are welcome to move directly into our Memory Care neighborhood, no prior stay in Assisted Living is required. For those already part of our community, the transition to Memory Care is smooth and reassuring, allowing residents to remain near familiar faces and trusted caregivers.

Our Memory Care residents enjoy thoughtfully designed apartment-style suites, secure outdoor spaces, and inviting common areas for meals, activities, and conversation. Safety features such as alarmed doors and wander monitoring systems provide added peace of mind for residents and their families.
